The Doan Affair

How could parliament get so side tracked by the Bloc over an alleged incident that was investigated and Doan has been cleared of. Further how could all parties get sucked onto treating an accusation as if it were a national crisis to go immediatlye to a Parlimentary committee? Doan had been cleared and yet this man who is highly respected hockey player who has represented Canada on several occasions has had his named tarnished. I say shame.

Parliament should be dealing with more important issues like climate change, our health care system, the war in Afganistan, and the mess inside the RCMP.
